Behind the Look:

This look is soft,elegant and perfect for spring! The pink, marigold and lavender hues are understated and beautiful.  In the polyvore collage above, I incorporated black accessories to slightly offset the subtly of the look. If it's a chilly day pair the dress with a neutral blazer in either a subtle nude color or black for added contrast.

Mix up your wardrobe by layering the clothes you wear every day. For this look I layered a rusty-colored chiffon blouse from Old Navy with a polka-dot top from H&M. The contrast in textures and the eye-catching print make this outfit unique.

Sping Color Trend: Yellow

Spring fashions are in! It's that time again... time to stow away your comfy sweaters and legwarmers. Spring dresses, sheer fabrics and bright colors will soon fill the shops and the streets.

Today, shop windows glowed with sunflower hues and lemon yellows. As I browsed, the bright yellow hue illuminated the shopping racks. Yellow is the new trendy color! Whether you choose a mellow yellow paired with subtle neutrals or a bright yellow paired with colorful accent pieces, yellow is a versatile color perfect for the spring season.
